If you are getting same support requests and want to speed up your respond process this extension will allow you to have pre-written responses and to respond to the question without writing.
To do an automatic install of Agents Extension log in to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New. Click on the Upload Tab. Browse the agents-extension.zip and upload it. You will be taken to the Plugins page. Find the Agents Extension, and click on Activate.
The manual installation involves uploading the downloaded files to your webserver via your favorite FTP application. Find the agents-extension.zip on your computer and unzip it. Using an FTP program upload the unzipped plugin folder to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory. Go to Plugins page within the WordPress admin, find the Agents Extension, and click on Activate.
If you want to add a new user go to Users section of your WordPress administration, click on Add New, fill the user informations and login details and select the Support Agent role. After you fill the fields click the blue Add New User button. Each support agent will have his section on the administration to access the tickets that are assigned to him.

If you want to assign a agent to the ticket you can do that while you are editing the ticket.
