When you are ready to install a theme, you must first upload the theme files and then activate the theme itself. To upload a theme to your WordPress installation, follow these basic steps:
FTP Upload
1. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, upload the theme files to the wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress.
2. Follow the instructions below for selecting the uploaded theme.
Administration Panel Upload
1. Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2. Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
3. Select Install Themes
4. Use the sub-menu or the Search or Filter options to locate a Theme you would like to use.
5. Click on the Preview link to preview the Theme or the Install link to upload the Theme to your blog.
6. Unzip the downloaded files. Theme files are located in ThemeName_theme.zip -> WP -> ThemeName.zip
7. Use the Upload link in the top sub-menu to upload a zipped theme files.
To select a Theme for your site:
1. Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2. Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
3. From the Available Themes section, click on the Theme title (or Theme screenshot) for the Theme you wish to activate.
4. A preview of the Theme will be shown.
5. To activate the Theme click the Activate “Theme Name” link in the top right.
Your selection should immediately become active.

2. Title it as “My Portfolio” (or another name).

This theme comes with the option to have two separate menus. One, for the top navigation and another for the footer navigation. To setup both the menus please follow these steps.
1. Go to Appereance -> Menus
2. To create a new custom menu, click on the + tab, give the menu a name (for example, Top, for top navigation), and click Create Menu button.
3. After a menu is created, then detail items can be added to the menu. Choose items you want to show in the top navigation.
4. Theme locations allow the definition of the placement of your menu. From the pull down box, select the menu that will be presented in the location Primary Menu
5. Repeat these steps for the another one menu, that will be used for the footer navigation.
You can manage your clients from the WordPress admin area, the Users section.
To add a new client, click the Add New button and fill in the username, first and last name, email and password. Choose a client role from the Role drop-down menu and click Add User to complete the user registration.
You can manage existing clients in the All Users section. From here you can change the data or remove it from your system.

This theme comes with a nice and simple to use administration panel. You can access it by navigating to Invo tab located in your WordPress administration. The theme options are conveniently spread over a few tabs and each tab contains the options that are related to a particular section of the theme. Here you can also edit the payment settings (2checkout and PayPal).
