Can I use my themes after my membership expires?

Yes, you can use all the themes you’ve downloaded even after your membership expires. Just note that you won’t have access to support system or any updates to those themes.

Can I use your themes for my client’s sites?

Yes, you’re are free and welcome to use our themes for your client's sites. Note that your personal Themes Kingdom membership isn’t transferable to your clients and we will not support your clients for you directly.

How do you provide support?

Support for all Themes Kingdom themes is handled through the Themes Kingdom support system, knowledge base and themes or plugins documentation.

Can I replace the Themes Kingdom credits in the footer?

Yes, you can remove our credits from the footer and use your own.

How often your themes are updated?

We update our themes any time we or you discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added to the particular theme.

Which payment types do you accept?

All payments are handled through our authorized retailer (2Checkout.com) and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

I Can’t Login To My Account!

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please try to delete your browser cache and then try to login again. If you still have problems with login please send us an email (info@themeskingdom.com) and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership then you need to notify us via email (info@themeskingdom.com) at least 7 days prior to the end of your membership, requesting such a cancellation.
