All Themes Kingdom WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license. Our themes may be used by Themes Kingdom Knights for both, personal and commercial use.

Warranty

All Themes Kingdom WordPress themes and plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that all Themes Kingdom WordPress themes and plugins will work in all browsers or with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins or scripts.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the Themes Kingdom products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of the Themes Kingdom. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on the themes is prohibited.

Price Changes

Themes Kingdom reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify price of the Themes Kingdom membership. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Themes Kingdom website.

Payment

All payments are handled through our authorized retailer (2Checkout.com). Please take note that your membership will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period, by our authorized retailer (2Checkout.com) if your membership is still active. If you wish to cancel your membership (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to notify us via e-mail (info@themeskingdom.com) at least 7 days prior to the end of your membership, requesting such a cancellation.

Refund Policy

Themes Kingdom Knight, as a buyer, can request full refund in case he is not receive all required files (Theme files, Help files) after download of the package. If you do not receive link to download page or receive a broken link refund is not applicable if you did not contact us and report problem.
